The Chapel at Gruene is a boutique wedding venue tucked away in the heart of New Braunfels, Texas.
Located on ten private acres of beautiful Texan farmland one mile from downtown Gruene, this picturesque chapel and enclosed reception hall provides once-in-a-lifetime occasions with a beautiful and elegant setting.
It features everything a couple needs to bring their "I do's" to life, including stunning natural surroundings, a dedicated management team, and custom-built cottages.

The chapel & reception hall
The Chapel at Gruene can comfortably accommodate weddings of up to 100 guests. The quaint and charming chapel is designed to resemble a classic country barn, complete with white shiplap walls, long white benches, high ceiling beams, and beautiful barn doors.
A short path will then lead you to the enclosed reception hall where the rest of your celebration will take place. This ornate space features a modern French Country aesthetic, stunning exposed wooden beams, and exquisite chandeliers and lighting throughout.
Your friends and family can mingle in the outdoor area where wooden cocktail tables and outdoor games are set up for cocktail hour — and you can celebrate your love story under the Texan night sky. You're free to decorate both spaces to match your wedding theme, and to save you money and provide flexibility, we allow you to use your own insured vendors.
Lodging
Four cottages, twenty-five guests, zero rush
So you and your loved ones can enjoy a restful night's stay, we include our 4 beautifully appointed cottages in your wedding package — a home away from home for up to 25 guests.
Each cottage is uniquely designed with its own personality and features full kitchens, fully stocked coffee stations, living rooms and multiple bedrooms. Once the reception is over, take a short walk to continue the party at the cottages, where firepits, horseshoes, and an outdoor seating area are waiting.
